- 3-4 baby yellow bell peppers, lightly sautéed in olive oil
- 1/2 large tomato, sliced
- 2 cups fresh kale
- 1-2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
- Chili garlic sauce, for serving
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. This will be your tofu seasoning.
